Little Miami Riverline
Signage + Wayfinding
Little Miami Riverline is a comprehensive rebrand, renaming and wayfinding system for the Little Miami Scenic Trail, a 78-mile corridor and the most heavily used trail network in Ohio. While experienced by users as a single continuous path, the trail historically existed under fragmented governance, signage, and identity systems—creating confusion, inconsistency, and a missed opportunity for placemaking.
This project proposes a new unifying entity, consolidating multiple governing bodies into one cohesive brand that treats the trail not just as infrastructure, but as a shared public place—a third space for the region.
